1.that all Men are created equal,
Yet, throughout the 20th century this truth has been trampled on by Governments around the world, from the most technologically advanced Western states to the smallest Eastern ones. This can be ascertained in legislation discriminating against race, gender, age, social class, all of which are ascribed by birth and not by choice thus condemning Human potential into misuse, abuse and destruction. In every Western type Society Cities are divided according to social class and often race not only in terms of accommodation location but also in terms of actual, substantial access to job opportunities, health care, education quality, personal and physical safety, privacy, dignity, and ascription of worth and / or validity in the face of Justice as well as taxation per capita. These tresspasses are a breach of Human Rights and as such punishable by International Law.

2.that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness
The unalienable Rights are subversibly and indirectly revoked by Governments and international Business Conglomerations in the following manners:

Regarding the Right to Life :
the Right to Life is compromised and has been compromised throughout the ages through slavery ( not only in its absolute presentation but also in the form of enforced work for minimal, insufficient wages in return for 12 to 18 hours of work in sweat shops, big assembly lines as well as in the form of child labour, prostitution, several different kinds of cartels, involvement in which is equal to ownership of persons by other individuals ), enforced involvement in wars ( not only as soldiers but also as collateral damage to them ), work conditions which on a medical and / or psychological level shorten an individual’s life span and diminish or completely damage quality of life without due remunaration for the redress of such damages, rampant and unfettered lethal violence causing irreversible injury or loss of life through seemingly random criminal or negligent behaviour despite the close supervision and policing of the peoples.

Such behaviour and allowance of living conditions constitute breach of several clauses of the Bill of Human Rights and its covenants and as such are punishable on Government as well as individual level by International Law.

Regarding Liberty :

Limitation or revoking of the Liberty of individuals as well as various groups of people and sections of society occured, have been occuring and are occuring Internationally through Acts against specific races, gender, age, social class, ethnicity, religion, political and philosophical views and affiliations, health condition, ability and other characteristics / qualities differing from state to state. Limitation or revoking of Liberty consists but is not limited to physical limitation of movement / commuting / access, limitation of access due to income level ceilings, limitation of access due to social status / rank regardless of but not unrelated to income, limitation of access to mass media due to income / social status / rank / affiliation, limitation of access to high quality legal representation due to income / social status / rank / affiliation, limitation of access to due legal processes and the right to legal action due to income / social status / rank / affiliation, limitation of access to all levels of education due to income / social status / rank / affiliation, limitation of access due to lack of education due to income / social status / rank / affiliation, as well as various limitations due to personal / undefined reasons which can lead to wrongful imprisonment and subjection to checks, searching, and other insults and inhibitions to a person's Liberty and Dignity.

Regarding the Pursuit of Happiness :

According to several psychological theories such as, but not limited to, Maslow's Theory / Pyramid of Needs, Happiness translates to the ensuring and acquisition of the following :
Safety of satisfaction of physical needs, safety of satisfaction of security, safety of satisfaction of acceptance of one's person / personality, safety of satisfaction of need to learn, safety of satisfaction of need to be respected, safety of satisfaction of need for beauty ( i.e. beautiful / harmonic and functional environment ).

Only when the above are ensured can any individual reach self- actualisation which is in essence happiness and its pursuit.
Since all of the above are purposefully and systematically compromised as stipulated above the Pursuit of Happiness is rendered impossible for all individuals as can be scientifically proven by studies and personal experience ( case studies and self - reports ).

This constitutes a breach of the basic Human Rights and is punishable by International Law on a Governmental as well as an Individual level.

3.That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted
among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed,

Originally in modern 20th century societies the method of elections and selection via majority vote count was used to ensure that Governments fullfilled the above statement and the consent of the individuals governed was assured.

However, corruption and erosion of the above system has occured through alteration and doctoring of the resulting vote count through manipulation of percentages, weight of vote according to county / area / municipality / etc which is not analogous to population number ( thus committing breach of the Right to Equal Rights and standing before the Law and the State for every person ), change of the symbolism of the vote to serve as extra percentage where there is none ( e.g. counting a blank vote as supportive of the leading party or changing the vote count to include invalid votes ), alteration of the electing body ( through inclusion of people either not living within the land (noncitizens) or having been living in it too little (provisional citizens) and as immigrants (legal or illegal) which means they are not able to evaluate the conduct and competence of the Government since they are not subject to the standard obligations and Civil Rights of the area and therefore unable to claim experience while in the same time being highly subject and vulnerable to political blackmail ) as well as other ways.

Also, citizens are subject to psychological blackmail as well as clientelist relationships with the different political parties as can be ascertained by the various financial / funding scandals and corporate fundings towards parties in return for favourable treatment in state contracts and other interaction. Therefore, the upholding and observance of the Rights to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness of the People in all the States around the Globe cannot but be at best second in priority and therefore compromised.

Consequently, given that the Governments ( as they are represented in the particular individuals and not as concepts ) cannot prove ( since they use methods as described above )that they Govern by the Consent of the Governed, given that they cannot prove ( since they have vested interests in a specific clientele and the destitute or marginal or hampered, daily quality of life of the People is docummentable and substantiated contrarywise to the ever augmenting wealth of those involved in the government and corporate affairs ) they consider and act with the Rights of the People as first priority they immediately are disqualified by Law from the Right to be elected and Govern and should be called upon to redress the damages incurred on the People through their actions and reinstate order ( regarding stolen or embezzled or infringed upon Rights, property, fortune, health damages, and damages to the State in every way ) before they are allowed to withdraw from public life in whatever way the Law ( as stipulated by Human Rights and evaluation / measure of damages ) prescribes.

4.that whenever any Form of Government becomes unobservant of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish that Government, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, such as shall
seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness to them. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Peoples; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to readdress and redress and call for Sanctions for the unlawful Officials of their Systems of Government. The History of the present group of Officials and their families as well as their affiliated Parties is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these Peoples. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World :

a)    High limitation of Rights and Privileges through Acts and Legislation making it acceptable to breach the basic Human Rights of every and any individual without any substantiated reasoning  and only based on hearsay at best and whim or personal suspicion at worst.

b)    A high limitation of remuneration ( for occupations that used to be able to provide enough income to sustain a four member family )thus limiting capacity of the individual to feel secure and be able to have enough free time in order to occupy and evaluate the conduct of the elected Officials in the Government.

c)    A high limitation of the quality of education thus rendering individuals unable or severely hampered in areas beyond that of their extreme specialisation at best and that of anything beyond their trade ( manual or commercial ) at worst. This renders the People unable to gain the confidence, not the capacity, to exercise their Civil Rights and their obligation as Citizens to check and evaluate the conduct of their elected Officials. They also are susceptible to conform to and accept such intimidation as the oral ( not written ) demand that they do not treat their Officials as liable to them but instead as supreme rulers of their lives and livelihoods.

d)    A high level of abuse is committed regarding the squandering of lives and livelihoods ( in the form of contibution to invasions and other needless war phrase rather than the use of diplomacy as well as heavy taxation without an allocation of tax payers money in view of ameliorating daily living but rather the showcasing of their own persons and families on the money of the People ) of the People thus further contibuting to their impoverishment and destitution which of course hampers the Right for pursuit of Happiness, Liberty and Life.  

All of the above can be substantiated on demand according to Country current events, documented Historical Facts as well as current socio-economic and psychosocial studies of quantitative and qualitative design as well as innumerable case studies and specific financial evidence.

Since the above transgressions and tresspasses are not the fault of the Democracy or any Liberal Regime instituted from the People, by the People and for the People but instead they are the fault of specific individuals and their families / dynasties who have embezzled and wrongfully abused the Gains of the Struggles and Victories by Blood and Intellect, willfully twisting these Liberal Regimes into elected Dictatorships breaching Constitutions and Human Rights in every country, what should be thrown off is not any Liberal Regime in any Liberal Country but rather the individuals who over decades and in some cases centuries have been willfully failing to be Guards of the Security of the Regime and the Rights of the People.

In their place, as befits the Legacy of the struggles and victories by blood and intellect of all the People who successfully erected these Liberal Regimes, Individuals must be elected, who can substitute and prove their loyalty and committment as well as their capacity to Govern their own selves first, ensure the development and flourishing of their families in a cognitive, emotional and ethical level according to Human Rights and the principle of respecting the boundaries, livelihood and wellbeing of the fellow citizen.

Such individuals cannot, should not and must not want nor have more wealth than any man or woman can amass by his / her own labour, must not have contributed in any way ( directly or indirectly ) to the destitution or exploitation of anyone individual physically, emotionally or cognitively and must have displayed an active and fruitful conduct with an aim to support and improve the lives / quality of life of fellow Citizens, be accountable at all times under pain of loss of personal fortune / Liberty / pursuit of Happiness in the substantiated case that his / her actions have jeopardised irrevocably for any reason the livelihood / life, Liberty or capacity to pursuit Happiness of the People. These individuals cannot leave their office with their personal ( including the ones of their family’s / kins’ / as well as associates’) fortunes having augmented beyond the reasonable margins afforded to them due to their remuneration ( from which they shall pay for their sustainance like every Citizen including taxation so that they might remember and be motivated not to render it heavy for the People ).

Their remunaration cannot and must not be higher than that of the average public servant since they must continually prove that they are not holding office with a view to acquire fortune but to serve and defend the Liberal Regime as any Guard in any scheme. Their daily life cannot and must not be superior in facilities or livelihood to that of the absolute average ( calculated without the extremes )Citizen of their country so that they might constantly be reminded and motivated to improve it for everyone within the country. After successfully leaving Office they cannot appropriate wealth they cannot account for by their own labour within the confines of their field / profession / trade. Having been cognisant of the matters of the State must render them for security reasons ( not only National but Regime security )unable and forbidden to work as consultants or attorneys or any kind of supportive functionary to such organisations as corporate industries, monetary and banking institutions, and any other kind of conglomeration which can use confidential or other kinds of information / know-how towards a favorable leverage in the truly liberal market and at the expense of the People. It is of course understandable that creation of such company is forbidden by these individuals and their families ( and capacity to found such an International / National conglomerate shall invoke investigation as to the source of the funds, capacity and manner ).

With the above Declaration and as the Law commands ( be it National or International as stipulated by Constitution or Human Rights ) we denounce the individuals but not the Liberal Regimes fought for by our Forefathers and Foremothers and call upon Justice to be served and proper Guards be appointed by election of Individuals and not parties by simple majority vote count regardless of any other stipulation after full disclosure of their personal and familial conduct without any propaganda, censorship or slogan formation through the media and full access to these individuals prior to election by any Citizen with regard to presenting to this Citizen all the qualifications and substantiation of this Individual's eligibility for Office.

Until such action is taken taxation shall not be met by the Citizens as it does not serve in any manner other than the increased affluence of inappropriate individuals wrongfully holding Office while Citizens are gradually rendered poorer and poorer.

Until such action is taken the State is in a condition of crisis and Citizens have a Right to and are obliged to demand by Law and Force their Rightful fortune which is currently embezzled but not lost, as International Law demands and Human and Civil Rights expect of any truly Free Citizen.

Any Citizen thus declaring opposition to specific individuals and not the Liberal Regime has the Right to and by default requests Political Asylum by any and every Human Rights organisation, Church, Individual, State upholding and defending the Human and Civil Rights of every People in every country in all the World.
